Privacy policy
This page explains Growth Loop. The full Corefactors privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy also apply.
Who this policy covers
Growth Loop is a Corefactors product. “Corefactors” means Adnaks Marketing Solutions Private Limited or Corefactors LLC. The Corefactors privacy policy covers www.corefactors.ai, the Corefactors application, and the products and services those companies offer, including Growth Loop.
When a Lead Ad runs on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also handles information under Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Information Corefactors may collect
You can visit this website without giving your name. If you choose to register, place an order, subscribe, answer a survey, or fill a form, Corefactors may ask for your name, email address, mailing address, or phone number. You can refuse, but some product steps will not work without that information.
The site may also receive non-personal details such as browser name, computer type, operating system, and the internet provider used to reach the site. This helps run, protect, and improve the site.
A Meta Instant Form may ask for a person’s name, phone number, email address, service area, or answers chosen by the business running the ad. Meta sends that form to Growth Loop and the Corefactors CRM for that business. The business and its approved users can use the details to contact the person, understand the request, and mark what happened.
Website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” this site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, popular pages, and clicks on signup, sign-in, and other external links. Google may receive the page visited, approximate location, device and browser details, and a randomly generated identifier. Growth Loop does not use this setup for ad personalization.
You can decline without losing access to the site. Change your choice anytime with “Analytics settings” in the footer. Google’s use of analytics data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
How that information is used
Corefactors may use the information to answer support requests, understand how people use the product, improve the site and application, process an order, and send updates you agreed to receive. Those messages can include email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and calls, such as order updates, replies to questions, and product news. You can opt out by using the instructions in the message or by contacting Corefactors.
Payment details are used to provide the service for that order. Corefactors does not share them with outside parties except as needed to provide the service. Card details are sent over a secure connection to the payment provider. After a transaction, private payment details such as card numbers are not kept on file.
When your team marks a lead good, Growth Loop may send that result to Meta so later ads can look for similar people. For a completed sale, Growth Loop may send a coded version of the email or phone number for the same purpose. Meta’s use of that information is covered by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
How information is protected
Corefactors uses collection, storage, and processing practices meant to protect personal information, usernames, passwords, and transaction data from unauthorized access, change, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
How long information is kept
Corefactors keeps information only as long as it is needed to provide the service, for the purposes in the Corefactors privacy policy, or to meet a legal or regulatory duty. When it is no longer needed, Corefactors removes it or depersonalizes it so you cannot be identified. The same idea applies to service providers who process the information for Corefactors.
How to ask for deletion
Ask the business named in the Lead Ad first, because that business chose the form and received the lead. For a Growth Loop or Corefactors account, email helpdesk@corefactors.in. The request must include the company administrator. Deletion starts after that administrator confirms and approves it.
Other sites and the mobile app
This policy covers Corefactors products and services. Links may leave Corefactors. Those sites have their own policies, including Meta. The Corefactors Android app may request personal and sensitive data, such as contacts, location, SMS, call data, microphone, or camera, only for the feature you are using. That data is sent and stored securely. Details are in the Corefactors privacy policy.
Acceptance, changes, and law
Using the site or application means you accept this policy and the Corefactors privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use them. Corefactors may update its policy and will revise the date on that page. Continued use after a change means you accept the change. The laws of India govern the agreement, and other local laws may also apply.
Corefactors may use a customer logo in marketing materials, as stated in its privacy policy.
