Terms of use

The agreement

These terms are between you, or the entity you represent, and Adnaks Marketing Solutions Private Limited or Corefactors LLC (“Corefactors”). They cover Corefactors software, communication, and telephony products, including Growth Loop. The full text is the Corefactors terms and conditions.

You must be 18 or older, and your organization must be legally registered, to accept the terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products. Using the products, or checking that you agree at signup, means you accept them. You can end the agreement by closing the account and following the closure steps.

This website

This site explains Growth Loop. It gives general information. Features, prices, and availability can change. Do not try to enter parts of the site you cannot use, break or block the site, or use it to break the law.

We cannot promise ad results

The numbers on this site are examples. Your results depend on your service, area, budget, ad, and how your team marks leads. We cannot promise a set number of leads, a higher share of good leads, sales, or a set cost per qualified lead. Facebook also needs time and enough good-lead marks before a new campaign can learn.

Corefactors provides the service as is. It may modify, upgrade, suspend, or stop a feature with or without notice, including where telecom or other law requires it. It does not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or that requested features will be built.

Who you pay

You pay Meta for ad spend under Meta’s rules. Meta’s handling of information from those ads is described in Meta’s Privacy Policy. You pay the Growth Loop subscription shown on the pricing page and in your Corefactors agreement.

India prices on the pricing page include GST. United States prices exclude sales tax where it is due. Corefactors may change prices and may suspend or end service if a payment is missed. Once a subscription starts, it cannot be paused, and billing continues whether or not you use the product. Corefactors is not liable if a card payment is declined because a limit was exceeded.

Refunds and account closure

If you cancel within 15 days of service activation, email support@corefactors.in or your account manager. The product subscription is refunded except a 25% setup fee. Channel credits are refunded based on use. Customization charges are not refunded.

After 15 days, a product subscription refund is prorated by use, calculated by month. A cancellation on the first day of a subscription month is billed for that full month, and the service stays available until the month ends. Channel credits follow use. Customization charges are not refunded.

When the account is cancelled, data is deleted. Export what you need first. A deletion request goes to helpdesk@corefactors.in and must include the company administrator. Deletion starts after that administrator approves it.

Support

Email support is support@corefactors.in. Phone support is +91 8067335505 or +1 213 816 0400, Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. IST. Email replies are aimed for within 48 working hours. Corefactors will try to solve a reported problem in a reasonable time and does not guarantee that every problem will be solved.

Privacy

The Corefactors privacy policy explains how personal data is treated. By using the services, you agree to that policy. Corefactors may use your logo in marketing materials. Lead Ad data on Facebook and Instagram is also subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Warranties, liability, and law

You use the services at your own risk. Corefactors disclaims warranties, including warranties of availability, accuracy, satisfaction, security, privacy, and that errors will be fixed, whether those warranties are express or implied.

You agree to indemnify Corefactors and its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates against losses, damages, fines, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use of the services in violation of someone else’s rights, the law, or these terms, or from any other claim about your use.

The agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes go only to the competent courts in Bengaluru, India. Corefactors may update the terms without notice. New features are covered by the terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the change. Breaking the terms can end the account, with or without notice.
