Growth Loop for local services
Show the ad only where you work. Call every form. Mark the real jobs. Facebook then looks for more people like them.
Start a local Lead AdShort answer
A local business can use a Meta Lead Ad to find people who need help in a place it serves. The ad appears on Facebook or Instagram. A person taps it and fills a short Instant Form.
Growth Loop sends the form to Corefactors CRM Lead Box. Your team calls the person, checks the area and job, and marks if the lead is good. Growth Loop sends that mark back to Meta, so the next campaign looks for more people like your good leads. You also see cost per qualified lead (CPQL): the cost of one person worth calling.
This works well for AC repair, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, clinics, and classes. It works poorly when no one calls the leads, because Facebook then has nothing true to learn from. It is also a poor fit when the business wants website visits instead of forms.
Who it helps
Growth Loop is made for a small team that serves a clear area and can call new leads soon.
AC repair, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, painting, and interiors
Real estate, insurance, solar, finance, and legal calls
Clinics, wellness, education, training, and local consultations
Simple safety checks
You still own the Meta ad account. Growth Loop helps with a small, focused launch.
Meta spend: ₹24,600 · Instant Form leads: 68 · good leads after calls: 20
The cost per form was ₹362. Those 20 good leads are what the next ad learns from. CPQL is how you check the spend.
Growth Loop runs the Lead Ad inside an ad account you own. If you have never created one, read how to create and set up a Facebook ads account. Set the country, currency, and time zone before you choose a daily spend limit. Those three are painful to undo.
The form is only the start. A name and phone number do not tell you if the person is ready, nearby, or able to buy. The new lead enters Corefactors Lead Box. A team member can own the lead, call the person, write notes, and move the lead to the right stage.
Use one clear rule for a good lead. For example: “The person answered, lives in our service area, needs AC repair, and wants help this week.” When everyone uses the same rule, CPQL stays trustworthy and Facebook learns from the right people.
Fast follow-up matters. A good lead can go cold when nobody calls. Use our simple lead follow-up checklist before you blame the ad. The marks from those calls are what Growth Loop sends back to Meta.
Choose a traffic ad when you want people to visit a website. That path does not complete the form-to-CRM loop. Growth Loop also needs someone who can call new leads. It supports up to 3 live campaigns on Starter and up to 10 on Growth. Meta Ads Manager remains the place for deep experiments and large account work.
Read Meta Lead Ads vs traffic ads before you choose the campaign type.
Start with three numbers. First, count the money spent in Meta. Second, count every Instant Form lead. Third, count the leads your team marked as good in CRM. Spend divided by every form is cost per lead (CPL). Spend divided by good leads is cost per qualified lead (CPQL).
A low CPL can still hide weak leads. CPQL answers a better question: “How much did we pay for one person worth calling?” The same good-lead marks tell Facebook who to look for next, so later spend goes toward people more like them.
