Facebook Lead Ads to CRM

A filled form is useful once your team can call it. Growth Loop sends each Instant Form into Corefactors Lead Box, then sends the good-lead mark back to Meta.

Short answer

A form sitting in Ads Manager is not a lead your team can work. Meta keeps Instant Form leads for 90 days. After that, they are gone.

Growth Loop sends each form to Corefactors Lead Box. Your team calls the person and marks whether the lead is good. Growth Loop sends that mark back to Meta, so a new campaign looks for more people like the good leads. You confirm once in Meta which CRM stage counts as a good lead.

If the ad account cannot optimize that way, the campaign keeps buying form fills and the app says so. Cost per qualified lead is the check on the spend. It is not a promised cost.

What arrives in Lead Box

The Instant Form asks for a name, a phone number, and an email. The lead also carries the service and the area from the ad. That record shows up in Lead Box, where one person can own it and call the same day.

The call itself is a separate job. Use the follow-up checklist for the script, the callback, and what to write down.

What “good” means

Write one rule and keep it steady for a few weeks. For a local service, a workable rule is: the person answered, they are in the area you serve, and they want help this week.

Lead Box stages the product already treats as positive are Won, Qualified, and Converted. When the rule changes every week, the mark stops teaching Meta anything steady.

What goes back to Meta

Growth Loop sends Meta two stages for each lead: the raw form, and the qualified lead. Facebook usually needs a few weeks of those marks before a new campaign settles. After about 100 converted customers match, a later campaign can also look for people like them.

You still see what one good lead cost. In the Bengaluru AC repair example, the ad spent ₹24,600, brought 68 forms, and 20 of those were jobs the team could quote. That is ₹1,230 per qualified lead. The numbers are an illustration. Read the CPQL guide for the difference between a form and a lead you can call, and the India cost guide for the two bills.

What to skip

  • A CSV download. The lead stays in a file. Meta still drops Instant Form leads after 90 days. The account guide covers that limit.
  • A second ad account. Another account does not put the form in Lead Box.
  • Judging the connection on the first few forms. Call them, mark them, and leave the first fortnight to finish.
